The Engagement and Evaluation Group was responsible for ensuring that the opportunities offered by the introduction of lecture recording are exploited to maximise the benefit for learning and teaching at the University. 

The Group identified two opportunities arising out of the implementation of lecture recording:

• on-going conversations between academics and students on the role of a lecture and the opportunities offered by the lecture recording service to transform teaching and learning. 
• the development of support material that will enable effective and innovative use of lecture recording across Schools and disciplines.

The work of this group is now formally completed and the group disbanded.
