Sources of help for any issues arising from the use of Top Hat.

First line support will be offered via the IS Helpline. In addition, the Helpline runs regular mobile device clinics and can help with problems such as connecting to the Wi-Fi service - note that appointments need to be booked in advance via the MyEd Event Booking channel. There are also pages on our web site to help you connect to the Wi-Fi service.

The Electronic Voting System service web pages are regularly updated. Top Hat have their own support pages with guides and video tutorials for staff and students.
