For help and advice on using Wooclap, please consult our SharePoint resources or contact the IS Helpline.
All of our help and support guides are held in our SharePoint site. This will be updated frequently as use of Wooclap develops at the University.
Wooclap Sharepoint (requires University log in)
First line support will be offered via the IS Helpline.
In addition, both the EdHelp and IS Helpline service run an in-person helpdesk in the Main Library and the KB Library where you can get help with problems such as connecting to the Wi-Fi service.
