For help and advice on using Top Hat, please contact the IS Helpline.
First line support will be offered via the IS Helpline. In addition, the Helpline runs regular mobile device clinics and can help with problems such as connecting to the Wi-Fi service - note that appointments need to be booked in advance via the MyEd Event Booking channel.
Our own web pages here are frequently updated, and Top Hat have their own support pages with guides and video tutorials for staff and students.
