For help and advice on using Wooclap, please consult our SharePoint resources or contact the IS Helpline. Sign up to the Wooclap user group in teams for peer assistance and updates on the service.

All of our help and support guides are held in our SharePoint site (requires University log in).

The site contains the most up-to-date information on:

  • Getting started - including orientation videos
  • 'How to' guides
  • Question types
  • Participant guides

The SharePoint will be updated frequently as use of Wooclap develops at the University. 

Wooclap Teams Channel

There is a Wooclap User Group channel in Teams. This channel can be used for peer help and discussion on techniques for using Wooclap to facilitate learning activities. It will also be used by the Wooclap service team to keep users informed with updates and issues with Wooclap. Members of the University can join the team by clicking the button below:

IS Helpline

First line support will be offered via the IS Helpline.

In addition, both the EdHelp and IS Helpline service run an in-person helpdesk in the Main Library and the KB Library where you can get help with problems such as connecting to the Wi-Fi service.
