Incident Reporting
To report an incident with an assessment delivered via Questionmark Perception please contact the IS Helpline.
When reporting an incident it would be helpful to send the following information:
- course name
- assessment name
- assessment date(s)
- assessment venue(s)
- the issue(s) being reported including any messages displayed by Questionmark Perception
