Help Services user satisfaction survey

Each week we send out a satisfaction survey to collect feedback on users' experience of using the IS help services.

This survey goes to a randomly selected 10% sample of people where their queries to the Helpline and Library Helpdesks have been closed in the last week.

The survey responses we receive are extremely useful as they inform how we develop and improve the quality of service we provide.
