Help Services user satisfaction survey
Each week we send out a satisfaction survey to collect feedback on users' experience of using the IS help services.
This survey goes to 100% of people who have logged a call which was closed by Information Services. The survey is set so that no one will be re-surveyed within 6 months in order to avoid survey fatigue.
We value all feedback received and any comments are used to help guide us as we develop and deliver our services with your business and learning needs in mind.
