Help Services user satisfaction survey
Each week we send out a satisfaction survey to collect feedback on users' experience of using the ISG Help Services.
This survey goes to 100% of people who have logged a call which was closed by Information Services. The survey is set so that no one will be re-surveyed within 1 month.
We value all feedback received and any comments are used to help guide us as we develop and deliver our services with your business and learning needs in mind.
