IT Support Desk

Free IT support sessions, open to all University students, staff and visitors.

The IT Support Desk, situated on the ground floor concourse of the Main Library, provides in-person technical support for users' personal devices and University IT-related services. It is a drop-in service rather than requiring a booking.

Separate Mobile Device Clinics also provide a similar drop-in service each week at Murchison House (King's Buildings) and Easter Bush.


Please note that personal installations of SPSS software are now handled via the appropriate SPSS Codes Request Form. You do not need to attend the IT Support Desk for this. Additionally, Visitors are not, by default, permitted to use Uni site licensed software, so cannot access code request forms.
