Gender or name changes in IT services

Reflecting gender or name changes in your University IT services.

If your name or gender has recently changed and you would like your University digital identity, such as your Office 365 name and email details, to reflect those changes, please get in contact with the IS Helpline, who will help update your identity, including arranging creation of a new email alias for you, if required.

All changes will be handled by Information Services staff and we will keep you informed and supported every step of the way.
