If you have a library related enquiry you can ask for assistance at an IS Helpdesk in any of the University of Edinburgh Libraries .
Campus maps and travel information
IS Helpdesks will also be able to help with some basic IT and e-learning enquiries (for example, about printing and passwords, or accessing e-journals). Enquiries which can not be resolved by Helpdesk staff will be passed onto the appropriate IS unit for resolution.

British Sign Language support
A video relay service is available, enabling British Sign Language users to contact public bodies and vice-versa.
This service operates from 8am to 12 midnight, 7 days a week.
