Step 2: Submit your photo
Submit your photo in MyEd and track its progress.
Uploading a photo in MyEd
Visit the 'Card Photo Submission' channel in the 'Accounts' tab in MyEd to upload your photo.
Please use a web browser on a PC or Mac. The upload channel is not supported on mobile devices.
Track your photo submission
You will receive an approval or rejection email to both your personal and your University accounts.
If rejected, the Card Photo Submission channel will be re-enabled for you to upload another photo.
Issues uploading a photo?
If you receive the message "An error has occurred", the image may have the wrong colour format.
- Open it in a graphic editor e.g. Microsoft Paint or equivalent.
- Save it as a .JPG file again.
