Cards for returning students
When you ended your previous course determines whether you will need to submit a new photo.
On-campus students
Returning within 15 months of course end date
- We use your existing photo unless you submit a new one.
- Check existing photo via the 'Student Details' channel on the 'Accounts' tab of MyEd.
- To provide a new photo, ask EdHelp to re-enable the photo upload facility in MyEd.
- Ask EdHelp in the same request to send your card to you or request to collect it from the Main Library.
Returning after 15 months of course end date
- Submit a photo through the 'Accounts' tab of MyEd.
- Collect your card at the new student Card event or from Main Library in September.
Online learning students
- Check existing photo via the 'Student Details' channel on the 'Accounts' tab of MyEd.
