Cards for returning students

When your previous course ended determines whether you will need to submit a new photo.

On-campus students

Returning within 15 months of course end date

• We use your existing photo unless you submit a new one.
• Check existing photo via the 'Student Details' channel on the 'Accounts' tab of MyEd.
• To provide a new photo, ask EdHelp to re-enable the photo upload facility in MyEd.
• Collect your card at the new student Card event or from Main Library in September.

Returning after 15 months of course end date

• Submit a photo through the 'Accounts' tab of MyEd.
• Collect your card at the new student Card event or from Main Library in September.

Online learning students
