Step 3: Receiving your card
If you haven't already done so, upload a photo via MyEd to help us process your card as soon as possible.
New Students starting in January 2025
January 2024 start students should visit the Main Library to collect their new card from Wednesday 8 January 2025.
You must upload a photo via MyEd if you haven't already done so.
If you upload your photo as soon as possible, we can have your card ready for collection/instant printing from Wednesday 8 January 2025.
We will be unable to provide your card before this date.
Uncollected cards will be kept at the Main Library EdHelp Service Desk until the end of your studies.
We will only post cards via mail service to Online Distance Learners or to students in exceptional circumstances. If you are requesting your card to be mailed out, please let us know why you are requesting this service via the contact form below.
Online Distance Learner Students
Once printed, the card will be posted to your home address. Please note that as an Online Distance Learner it may not always be possible to deliver your card to you. We use Royal International Mail; so we are relying on your home country to complete delivery. We do not offer tracking or courier for card delivery.
