Step 3: Receiving your card

We will be delivering or sending out September 2020 new start cards via mail. If you haven't already done so, please upload a photo to help us get your card to you as soon as possible.

Card Delivery: September 2020 Starts

Details of card delivery for students starting courses in September 2020 are as follows:

If you have submitted a photo before 8th September 2020 your card has been delivered to your University of Edinburgh Halls of Residence. Late photo submissions will be accepted but will result in a delay in delivery of your card.

Submit a photograph as soon as possible via MyEd if you have not already done so.

If you are an on campus student or are visiting campus and you still have not yet received your student card, please visit a Library Helpdesk in person where they will be able to print one for you.

If you are an off campus student, your card will be mailed out to you shortly or is already on its way to you. We are currently processing the last batch of cards. Due to Covid-19, mail restrictions in place in some countries, please allow for a delay in delivery of your card if you are staying outside of the UK.
