Step 3: Receiving your card
If you haven't already done so, upload a photo via MyEd to help us get your card to you as soon as possible.
Important Covid lockdown update 22 Jan 2021: Due to the lockdown we are currently sending all staff cards to home addresses. As no new students will be attending Campus this semester, we will be mailing out new student cards to term-time addresses until further notice. Please ensure your term-time address is up-to-date. If you have any further enquiries, please use the EdHelp team to contact us.
Submit a photograph as soon as possible via MyEd if you have not already done so.
If you are an on campus student or are visiting campus and you still have not yet received your student card, please visit a the EdHelp Main Library Service Desk in person where they will be able to print one for you.
If you are an off campus student, your card will be mailed out to you shortly or is already on its way to you. Due to Covid-19, mail restrictions in place in some countries, please allow for a delay in delivery of your card if you are staying outside of the UK.
Student Cards during term
During term time all new student cards will be held at the Main Library EdHelp Service Desk prior to being mailed to term-time addresses.
Online Learning Students
Your University card will be sent to your home address no sooner than 3 weeks before the start of your course.
