Subscribing Schools and Units

The following schools are subscribed for our current agreement running from August 2020 to July 2023.  Academic staff and students within these schools are permitted home use installations of ArcGIS via Software Services Team.  Please go to our Request page to request your Personal Device installation.

Students and Staff in these schools can request installations of ArcGIS Desktop on from the Software Center on University Managed PCs, and can request installation for use on a Personal Device via our Request Form:

ArcGIS ONLINE is available for all academic staff and students. Please fill in the request form and an invitation to join ArcGIS ONLINE will be sent to you.

Students in GeoSciences should have their ArcGIS Online profiles automatically set to download ArcGIS PRO directly from there. There is no need to request a desktop Provisioning File for this.

Request ArcGIS for personal devices from Software Services Team. Please note this is not an automatic service, submitted forms may take up to a full working week to process. This form can also be used to request ArcGIS ONLINE access.
