Main Library
The computers in the Main Library are located on the lower ground floor, ground floor and floors 1, 2, 3 and 4.
uCreate, the multimedia and specialist IT resource centre is located on Floor 1.
Computer locations
- Lower Ground Floor - 72 windows PCs, 7 group study rooms
- Ground Floor - 28 cafe PCs, 44 windows PCs (including 14 'quick use' PCs), 17 group study pods
- Floor 1 - 84 windows PCs, 12 group study pods
- Floor 2 - 116 windows PCs, 40 Flexible Learning Spaces (students can either connect a laptop to the monitor or use the Apple Mac mini provided)
- Floor 3 - 82 windows PCs
- Floor 4 - 152 windows PCs
Software and services
- Limited software installed on cafe PCs, including Microsoft Office and web browsers
- 18 mono multi-function printers and 12 colour multi-function printers
