Manage your University print account, view and cancel existing print jobs, add credit, and request spoilt recent print job refunds.
NOTE: myPrint is only available on devices connected to the University network by ethernet cable, eduroam WiFi or the Virtual Private Network (VPN).

Features
- Detailed information about your financial transactions

To view information about print jobs you have been charged for
- Click on Filter to change the date range (if required)
- Hover over the three dots next to the printer icon for more details about the print job
- Click on the icons at the bottom of the page to export this information to PDF, HTML or CSV
Refunding a spoilt print job
You have 28 days from the data of a print job to request a refund.
- Locate the print job to be refunded and click on request refund
- Select - Full Amount or Partial Amount (enter how much you want refunded)
- Provide a reason for the refund request
- Click Send
The support team will be notified of your refund request and it will either be refunded (in full or partially) or declined.
- A list of your jobs waiting to be released on an EdPrintPull (follow-me) printer
- You can delete a job by clicking Cancel (they will be deleted automatically after 24 hours if you do not release them)
Staff and students have three print credit purses:
1. Personal Cash Print Credit
- select the amount you want to add
- select - Add Value
- You will be transfered to payment.ed.ac.uk - click Continue
- Add - card details, billing address and email confirmation address - click Continue
- Click - Confirm (if you are happy with the information)
- An email from edprintpayment@ed.ac.uk will confirm your transaction - click Continue

- by Electronic Internal Transfer (eIT)
2. Free Quota Print Credit
Free Quota is provided to Staff and Postgraduate Researchers(PGR).
This free quota is either a one off allocation or is updated automatically. Please contact your local IT support if you want to discuss your allocation.
3. EDFQ Print Credit
New students automatically get £4 EDFQ print credit from Information Services.
