I can't see the software application I want to use
Contact your course organizer / local IT support team to be added to the required permissions group for the application. Otherwise contact IS Helpline.
The Citrix Workspace app is not logging me in
- Re-activate your login password and then retry logging into the app.
- Visit https://apps.ed.ac.uk in your web browser and try logging in. If issues persist, please contact IS Helpline.
An application is showing as 'Not responding'
Select 'Refresh apps' from the menu at the top-right of the Citrix Workspace to try to reconnect all active apps. If issues persist, contact IS Helpline.
OneDrive shortcuts not appearing when saving from APPS.ED apps
Apps launched from APPS.ED cannot access the same config of the local computer. OneDrive folders need to be accessed directly via File Explorer in apps:
