Network Time Service
Information Services provides a time synchronisation service that allows you to keep the clock on your PC correct.
Introduction
The Network Time Service allows computers connected to the University network to keep their internal clocks synchronised to Universal Time.
Availability and entitlement
Access to the time service is provided to any system connected to the University's network EdLAN.
Using the Network Time Service
To use the network time service you need to configure your computer time settings to use the Network Time Protocol to talk to the University's time servers.
