Memorable Word

Additional security for staff using EUCLID and BI Suite.

When accessing sensitive student information in EUCLID and BI Suite reporting tools, staff are now required to make use of a Memorable Word, also occasionally known as their 'Second Challenge', in addition to their University Login details.

How the 'Memorable Word' works

Once set, when staff reach a site requiring it, they are prompted for 3 characters from their Memorable Word and allowed access if they are given correctly.
