Terminating voicemail
To cancel your voicemail service, email: telsuper@ed.ac.uk with the following information:
- Name
- Extension number
- Date your service is to be ceased
All call forwards will be removed from the handset
To cancel voicemail email notifications, email: telsuper@ed.ac.uk with the following information:
- Name
- Extension number
- Date your service is to be ceased
Cancelling your voicemail or your voicemail email notifications does not affect your ability to make or receive calls.
