How to get help with BI tools and University datasets

We aim for our Business Intelligence (BI) and Management Information (MI) tools to always be available and working as you expect. Should you encounter any issues see below for the support process.

SAP BusinessObjects and Power BI

If you have technical or usability issues with these tools please contact IS Helpline through the normal channels. Note that issues with reports themselves (for example, data quality or results) is devolved to each business area helpdesk that owns the data.
