Request for priority communication within the MyEd portal.
University messages are used for critical messages about topics that are important to large numbers of users, for example:
University messages will be sent to the Communications and Marketing department (CAM) for approval before they are published. If a request isn't suitable for a MyEd alert, can't be prioritised, or a different approach might be more suitable, CAM will recommend alternative channels.
Alerts will normally appear on MyEd no longer than 1 week. It may be possible to display an alert for longer in special cases; please give details in the additional information section.
