How to request to use EventsAIR
Use the following forms to either request to use the EventsAir platform yourself or to request to work with the University’s Conference and Events Team to deliver your event
Which request form should I use?
The request form that you should use will depend on whether you want to use EventsAIR with your team, or if you want to find out more about working with the University’s Conference and Events Team (Accommodation, Catering and Events (ACE)) to deliver your event.
These two routes have different requirements and which you chose will differ depending on the frequency of your events, when your event is due to take place and the amount of resource you can put in to EventsAIR.

The EventsAIR platform is likely to be a good platform for you to consider using with your team if you:
- Are intending to run large-scale online events (conferences / open days)
- Intend to run more than 2 large-scale events
- Your event is more than 2 months away
- You need exhibitor stands, live chats with exhibitors, registration and automatic communications management, surveys after your event, 4 concurrent webinars in the same event and/or custom University of Edinburgh branding throughout your event.
- Can meet the significant effort and staff resource commitments needed to successfully use the platform

The EventsAIR platform through Accommodation, Catering and Events (ACE) is likely to be a good platform for you to consider if:
