Introduction

MyEd Event Booking comprises of two channels delivered via the MyEd portal interface.

Event Booking

This channel allows users to browse training course for which they are eligible and make online bookings. Event Booking can send reminders via email and MyEd Announcements to delegates, as well as link to course materials and information.

Event Booking Admin

Training and event providers can use Event Booking Admin to set up and manage their training courses and events. Class lists can be managed, along with automated reminders, attendance figures and feedback can be added after an event or course has been delivered. There is also good support for recurring events eg where a course is taught several times a year.

Website Integration

You can also integrate MyEd Event Booking with your website to advertise courses available for booking on your webpages. For details on this please contact Service Management.
