Using the service
Hosting is provided on the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP) platform. Our shared infrastructure is suitable for most needs and has the added benefit of splitting the costs between customers.
Standard Hosting Requests
For websites and small web-based applications, we would encourage customers to use our shared hosting platform.

The Web Hosting Service Level Agreement document, linked below, provides a more detailed overview of what the web hosting service offers and what support is available.
Please note that there is a two week turn-around period on hosting requests, which begins from the point at which the complete set of business requirements have been gathered and approved.
Deprecated Environments
