We have a diverse range of clients from within the University, NHS and beyond. Read what they have said about our design service.
My contact with the Graphic Design Service has been extremely positive. The fact the service is offered in house on such a professional level has saved time and money, allowing me to ensure the products I need are available to users in an effective and efficient manner and in a standard corporate style. Having someone on hand to run things past in the division has been invaluable.
The presence and support of the Graphic Design Service is invaluable to the work of the Main Library Redevelopment Project. The existence of internal professional expertise not only saves staff time and money but the ability to provide a service creating professional quality leaflets & signage and contributing design knowledge allows the University Main Library to maintain a professional appearance. The close working nature of the team to the project also allows for the development of design ideas and the quick turn around of communications signage when required.
It's been a joy to work with you over the last few months. From our first meeting you've been great. You understood the brief really well, took all our continuous changes in your stride and were adaptable to big design modifications. Your work is very good, creative but not whacky!!. You pay great attention to detail, you work to deadlines, you've always kept in touch with progress and you seem to have lots of energy and enthusiasm. I've been delighted with your work and you've managed to work with us to find a design that a very diverse team likes - not an easy job!
Thanks for all your help so far, this is a great draft, there's some touching to be done and we need to add an image, but it's nice to see a nearly-finished piece of work for our efforts!
This is outstanding, thanks as always for the creative approach!
So far, we've received a good response to the website, with a lot of 'likes' and no complaints. I'm really delighted overall with the finished site, and enjoyed working with yourself. Very responsive and understanding of our continual changes!
Sonia has worked with BioQuarter in developing websites, logos and design material for two different companies and our original Entrepreneur in Residence site. Throughout all of these developments, Sonia has been consistently professional, communicative and enthusiastic, while helping to manage expectations and deliver a quality and value-add service to our teams and projects. Project outlines, costs and any extras were provided very quickly and were clear. Sonia was also very approachable on any matters that required clarification or alteration in the brief.
Aileen has produced a series of highly attractive designs for the University Chaplaincy. She used as a basis the stained-glass structure, an important feature of the Centre and used its colours and images to great effect. We are delighted with the results and feel they are helping to convey the ethos and welcome of the Chaplaincy.
Aileen also produced work for the British Society for the Philosophy of Religion. Aileen took on the ethos of BSPR and worked creatively and sensitively within that. At all times, she sought and responded to feedback from all interested parties.
We are very grateful for Aileen's work and would turn to her again for future requests.
CSBE are extremely happy with the work provided by the Graphic Design Service on our new website. In particular, we were very pleased that our original conception for the website, in terms of its structure and design, were followed almost to the letter. Aileen, who led the design of the website, implemented the plans excellently and returned to us a slick and dynamic site. I have recommended the Graphic Design Service to two of my colleagues, both of which I believe have now begun work on new web sites. I would happily tender the services of this team again.
I'm just writing to say thank you for all the work you put into our website.
It is looking really good, I am very happy with it. It got a mention on Radio Orkney, the Orcadian newspaper and The Scotsman who did an article on ORCADES so I think it should be well visited.
