Our availability and information on who is entitled to use the service.
Current service availability
We are operating a reduced service because our designers are allocated to core projects over the next 6 months. We have provided some options to help you with your Graphic Design needs, depending on whether you are a new customer of the Graphic Design Service or if you have used our service before.
New customers

If you have never used our service before, please get in touch through Unidesk using the email address: graphic.design@ed.ac.uk. Please provide us with a brief about your work including:
- What it is
- Why it is happening
- Who it is for
- When you need it
- Any budget you have
If you require work to be completed in a tight timescale we may not be able to accommodate your needs. You may like to try contacting one of the internal and external suppliers listed below.

We will look to see if we can accommodate your requirements and timeframes. If we cannot, we recommend trying the internal and external suppliers listed in the below.

Charges
Charges for Graphic Design and Web Design are determined on a project by project basis.
Our typical charges are:
Hourly rate - £60
Daily rate - £350
There is an alternative pricing structure for clients who are not affiliated to the University. Please contact graphic.design@ed.ac.uk for further details.
