We provide a variety of presentations, workshops and training courses in practical project management skills for staff and students across the University.  Training is focussed on providing attendees with a general understanding of project management terminology and processes, plus practical skills and tools/templates.  These sessions can be tailored to suit attendees needs.  Examples of materials from previous sessions are available on the Project Management Website.
