Day to day support and advice
Please direct any issues with website performance or availability to Applications Service Management via the IS Helpline. Note that end-users should first contact their local computing support officer to clarify any perceived issues with a currently running service.
Can you update the content on my website?
Whilst we offer a range of services - from hosting through to website design and development - we are unfortunately unable to make changes to the written or pictorial content on an individual customer's website.
We suggest trying to identify any local expertise within your School or department who could offer some ongoing support for your site's content.
