Services

Research Services manage the Edinburgh Computer and Data Facility. This provides a large compute cluster and associated storage system and research data service support.

The main facilties provided are as follows:

• a high-performance cluster of computers (named "Eddie")
• a comprehensive cloud computing service (named "Eleanor")
• research data storage services
• research computing consultancy
