Jo Craiglee, Head of Knowledge Management & Planning leads this team, working with the Vice-Principal and CIO, and members of the Senior Team on strategies and plans, as well as overseeing governance and committees within IS.
Knowledge Management and Planning
The primary role is to support the University's knowledge management activities, primarily through the function of the Knowledge Strategy Committee.
Oversight of Information Services' planning and resources activities. This includes governance of IS through its committees strategic and annual plans for the group. Also responsible for the quality enhancement and risk management aspects of the group as a whole.

Responsible for the development and delivery of high quality professional services to support the planning, policy and governance functions of Information Services Group, ensuring rigorous corporate governance and contributing directly to the effective governance and operation of the Group.
