Quality Enhancement

The IS Corporate Office leads an internal group that is engaged with delivering improved quality in the following areas:

  • Development of key performance indicators associated with the IS Strategic Plan and the University’s Balanced Scorecard.
  • IS-related surveys.
  • Delivery of an IS Business Service Catalogue.
  • Implementation of the ITIL framework within IS.
  • Projects, including quality of design and execution of transmission into services where relevant.

The IS Corporate office ensures that IS services are appropriate for the needs of the widest possible users.
