MANTRA online research data management training

The Data Library has created an online course for University PhD students to improve their research data management skills as the result of a JISC-funded project, Research Data MANTRA (Management Training), funded over the past academic year.

The resulting materials are being embedded in participating postgraduate programmes and made available to postgraduate and early career researchers at the University of Edinburgh. Others may use or re-purpose the materials through an open license by working through the modules on the website or retrieving the learning objects from the JorumOpen national repository of learning materials.

The MANTRA materials will be formally launched as part of the programme of training and events run by AQMeN, the Applied Quantitative Methods Network, on 10th October 2011.
