ISG services over the holiday period
Information about our services over the holiday period.
Most University buildings will be closed from 17:00 on Friday 21 December 2018 until 09:00 on Thursday 3 January 2019.
ISG online services
Our online services will be running throughout the period of University closure.
Although ISG support staff will not be working during the holiday period, we will be monitoring our high priority services. If there is a service failure during this period we will try to resolve it if possible. However there may be issues we cannot deal with until the University re-opens on Thursday 3 January 2019.
You can view the status of our priority services at any time on our Status and Alerts page.
IS Helpline
The IS Helpline will hand over to our out-of-hours partner, NorMAN, at 17:00 on Friday 21 December.
NorMAN out-of-hours support will operate a 24/7 service for all IS Helpline first line calls and will handle all support enquiries from 17:00 on Friday 21 December until 08:00 on Thursday 3 January 2019. The NorMAN team are available 24/7 during this period and can help with a wide range of support queries. They can be contacted through the same channels used to contact IS Helpline.
On-campus IS Helpline support will re-open at 08:00 on Thursday 3 January 2019.
