ISG services over the holiday period
Information about our services over the holiday period.
Most University buildings will be closed from 5pm on Friday 22 December 2017 until 9am on Wednesday 3 January 2018.
ISG online services
All ISG online services will be running throughout the period of University closure.
Although ISG support staff will not be working during the holiday period, we will be monitoring our high priority services. If there is a service failure during this period we will try to resolve it if possible. However there may be issues we cannot deal with until the University re-opens on Wednesday 3 January 2018.
You can view the status of our priority services at any time on our Status and Alerts page.
The IS Helpline will hand over to our out-of-hours partner, NorMAN, on Friday 22 December 2017 until 8am on Wednesday 3 January 2018. The NorMAN team are available 24/7 during this period and can help with a wide range of support queries. They can be contacted through the same channels used to contact IS Helpline.
