New funding for UK and EU masters

The University of Edinburgh has announced new funding for UK and EU masters students who are starting their studies in 2016/17.

More than 170 awards worth up to £10,000 are available to UK and EU students starting a full-time, one-year masters programme.

Awards are based on academic merit and are designed to attract the brightest students in their chosen academic fields.

The application deadline is 2 May 2016.

The awards - worth a total of £1 million - are being made available through two University-funded schemes:

  • UK/EU Masters Scholarships
  • UK Masters Access Awards
