Mark Van Rossum and Guido Sanguinetti join the Professoriate!

We are delighted to announce the promotions of Mark Van Rossum as Personal Chair of Computational Neuroscience and Guido Sanguinetti, as Personal Chair of Computational Bioinformatics.

Mark’s interests involve the use of computational and mathematical techniques to understand the working of the brain, and Guido’s focus on probabilistic modelling of biological systems, with particular emphasis on inference in dynamical systems. Both are members of the Institute for Adaptive and Neural Computation.
