October 2015: 2nd year PhD student "10+5" event 2015
The first MRC Centre for Inflammation Research 2nd year PhD students "10+5" presentations event on 7th October 2015 was highly successful, with excellent short presentations from the 2nd year PhD students on their research projects. The Postgraduate Committee members were also delighted with the enthusiasm with which the students engaged with the event and the quality of questions they asked each other.
Many thanks to all who participated, and to Karen Colvin for exceptionally good organisation of the event.
The prizes awarded for the best presentations, in a very close run competition, were as follows: 1st : Jennifer Felton,
