Scottish Centre for Regenerative Medicine Opened

March 2012: CIR Principal Investigators moving to the new Centre

The new Scottish Centre for Regenerative Medicine (SCRM) building has now been formally opened. This brand  new, 9000 m2 facility will house thee MRC Centre for Regenerative Medicine and spearhead the University of Edinburgh’s work on stem cells, disease and tissue repair to advance human health. CIR Principal Investigators Prof. Charles ffrench-Constant, Prof. Stuart Forbes and Dr Lesley Forrester will translocate their laboratories to the new building, within the MRC Centre for Regenerative Medicine, strengthening ties between the two Centres.
