March 2012: QMRI Postgraduate Open Day

The annual QMRI Postgraduate Open Day was a great success, attended by over 100 current staff and students and 72 prospective postgraduate students. Thanks to all the organisers and participants.

This year’s poster prize winners were:

PhD students:  

• 1st Prize -      Jagath Kasturiarachchi (CIR) 
• Runners up -  Fiona Cousins (CRH) and Tulyapruek Tawonsawatruk (CVS)

Postdocs:        

• 1st Prize -      Tiina Kipari (CVS)      
• Runners up -  Sander Van Den Driesche (CRH) and Karen MacKenzie (CIR)
