We are now entering a new phase and The SCOTTY Study forms part of that endeavour. Samples, analysis and data capture
Whole genome sequencing in family trios in which there are no affected individuals apart from the young proband is a novel area of investigation. You can learn more about the scientific methodology of SCOTTY here. Alternatively, you may contact a member of our study team at scottystudy@ed.ac.uk.
How to register a new site
The SCOTTY Study has been adopted by the NIHR UK Rare Genetic Disease Research Consortium under the Musketeers' Memorandum Agreement.
