To do this, it is important that we understand why you are leaving and how you felt about working here.

Employee Exit Survey

Completion of the exit survey is voluntary. The data you provide is collected by the Human Resources department. It is retained for 1 year and treated as confidential. Survey results are anonymous and will be analysed every 6 months to identify patterns and trends.
