About this course

Annual Review aims to equip employees to realise their full potential; to focus their efforts as direct contributors to the success of the university; and to support individual professional and personal development. Whether you are conducting reviews for staff or being reviewed, all staff should complete this e-learning module to ensure they understand the process at the University and get the most out of Annual Reviews.
