Objectives

By the end of this course you will:

  • Have an awareness of background of the Bribery Act 2010, and the broad implications of the Act and understand how it affects the way you need to work.
  • This module will help you to understand the offences set out in the Act, as well as possible defences.
  • Be aware of further sources of information.

The Bribery Act system automatically records who has accessed the module. Your progress with the training is recorded to monitor use of licences and maintain training records.

Logging in

Log in with your University email address and your password for the Anti-Bribery and Corruption eLearning module or with the generic password (password1), if you have not yet accessed Anti-Bribery and Corruption.

If you have logged in using the generic password, you will then be prompted to change your password before the system will let you progress.

If you are a new member of staff, you may have problems accessing the module. This is because it can take time for your details to be added to the relevant database.
