Annual Review Conversations

Annual reviews are an important reflection point for you and your staff. They provide the time and space to have a good quality, meaningful conversation.

They allow you to:

  • Reflect on your achievements, challenges and how you have been working

  • Seek feedback from, and share feedback with, your manager

  • Discuss and agree objectives

  • Share your career aspirations and what motivates you

  • Plan your development

The Annual Review cycle runs from the 1st September to the 31st August.
