British History lecturer in radio debate
Dr Wendy Ugolini, Lecturer in British History, recently participated in a BBC Radio Scotland debate on immigration. (Published 12 March 2015)
The John Beattie Show, broadcast on 9 March 2015, discussed the historical context of immigration into Scotland as well as present-day responses.
Dr Ugolini was joined in the debate by Pat Elsmie of Migrants' Rights Scotland and Philip Contini of Valvona and Crolla delicatessen. The debate formed part of BBC Radio Scotland's series on immigration.
