Sharing views about the past during the pandemic: From archaeoprimatology to conflict archaeology

A collaboration between Manuel Fernández-Götz (Edinburgh) and Bernardo Urbani (Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research).

The chosen topic of this project and event links the research agenda of both participants - archaeology as the study of the human past through material culture, and biological remains. Bernardo and Manuel have explored dissimilar but currently relevant topics in the field - the relatively new subdiscipline of archaeoprimatology on the one hand, and conflict archaeology on the other.

This event is free and will be held on Zoom.
