Professor Eleanor Gordon - Sue Innes Memorial Lecture

As part of the 2019 Women’s History Scotland Conference Professor Eleanor Gordon will give the Sue Innes Memorial Lecture on 'Sex and the single girl: Working-class courtship in Scotland, 1855-1939'.

There are also presentations from Jane Rendall, Maureen Meikle and Sian Reynolds on  the New Biographical Dictionary of Scottish Women, and a wine reception. 

The lecture is free, but ticketed, and open to all.
