Responsible for providing HR and contract-related operational administrative support, guidance and advice, ensuring an efficient and effective delivery of services to the School. This includes responsibility for all operational HR administration relating to the School’s guaranteed hours teaching staff, providing advice and ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures and other external requirements, and developing, implementing and reviewing local School HR processes and procedures.
