Library
Our Library provides a wealth of material for the study of history to support online learning students.
These include an extensive collection of electronic journals and e-books, bibliographic databases, reference works and a wealth of digitised primary source material.
Our School's Academic Support Librarian will be available to answer any queries about the online resources to which you will gain access as a student.
The A-Z of Library Databases also provides online access to a large number of digital databases, ranging from the Conditions and Politics of Occupied Western Europe during the Second World War to British Medieval and Early Modern sources, which students find invaluable when researching their dissertations. The University Library also has its own subject guide for History students and participates in the SCONUL Access scheme and SHARES programme which give students access to borrow or use books and journals at other university libraries local to them which belong to the schemes.
