Job Description

Daniel is responsible for the delivery and co-ordination of HR administrative support to the management team, academic and administrative staff across the School of History, Classics and Archaeology. The post focuses on administrative support for the School’s recruitment processes, monthly payment claims for guaranteed hours teaching staff, and the update and maintenance of HR related systems and records.

Key Duties

  • Responsible for the provision of administrative support for the co-ordination of staff recruitment-related activities.
  • Administration of HR induction including new starter induction information.
  • First point of contact in the School for HR related-queries, with responsibility for managing the School HR mailbox.
  • Administer a wide range of HR tasks, review and update the School HR records and related systems.
