Job Description

To administer and support School finance. First point of contact for advice or assistance on applying for funds from any of the School budgets.

Key Duties

• Monitor all movements and financial transactions on School general budgets.

• Oversee payment of all School Office invoices, internal transfers, casual payments and staff expenses claims.

• Provide financial administrative support and advice to other budget holders and other staff in the School on managing budgets and all aspects of financial administration.
